I've been seeing Alex at Aaje studio for a few weeks and have absolutely loved all of my results. Within two sessions my stubborn belly pouch has been going down and my confidence in my body is coming back. Since having my son my core muscles were separated and causing me posture issues with chronic lower back pain. After 3 EMS sessions (muscle building) on my core my back hasn't hurt since. I have also been struggling with acne and the LED light therapy at Aaje studio has helped bring all of my acne to the surface and is clearing up nicely.
